It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Further more, scientific tests have proven its value.We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. For old and serious diseases as well as

1. High Blood Pressure (30 days)
2. Gastric (10 days)
3. Diabetes (30 days)
4. Constipation (10 days)
5. Cancer (180 days)
6. TB (90 days)
7. Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and
from 2nd week onwards – daily..

ReplyDeleteThe cheapest thing anybody can afford is water. I've been in the habit for quite a long time and cannot tell the last time I went to the hospital for any medical issue. Why don't you give it a try in ur best interest.

ReplyDeleteIn fact, too much drinking can cause electrolytic imbalance. When the body really needs water, you feel thirsty, it's as simple as that.
Water is harmless...its natural, and purest in tatse...it cannot b imitated, its a refreaher... I don't think it Will harm anyone who gives it a chance... There is no need of being critical about d writer... If you are not convience about it.. Don't cut it down...is not compulsory t practise this.

ReplyDeleteI use to drink 1.5 ltrs bottle of water every morning after waking up. And after releasing the stool i vomit the undigested water, and i really feel very fresh after vomiting the water..

ReplyDeleteWater will not cure all these diseases. What will change your life is eating healthy and exercising daily. Just by drinking water will not be a magical cure. Stop eating junk, processed foods, and get on that treadmill. Better yet, go vegan for 30 days and you will lose a whole heck of a lot of weight (if you're trying to lose weight). Also, watch Forks Over Knives documentary and start incorporating healthy eating habits because it's the foods that we eat that is causing all the diseases in America.
What is meant by "after 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner, do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours"? I need some clarification here. Do they mean, take only 15 minutes to eat the meals and then fast for 2 hours after?

ReplyDeleteI have heard before that drinking water especially in the morning is healthy, but does anyone know why it should be taken before teeth washing ? Are the germs that have ruminated in the mouth over the night particularly good for the system ?
ReplyDeleteI have been drinking (750 ml) 250 ml X 3 glasses of water since last almost 9 years. But I have not found it useful for control over Hypertension, obesity or any other ailment as mentioned in the Claim. But I do not find any harm in drinking lots of water in the morning, I feel less thirsty throughout the day.
